  • LeadGenerationRICH: Learn what marketing is really about, how business owners can ensure every cent spent is an investment for the business and learn the techniques used in order to attract and retain your ideal target market.
  • SalesRICH: Understand the different types of sales people, communication tools and the core components of a great sales system. Learn how to set up a sale from the first contact, how to ask great sales questions and sale closing techniques.
  • Service RICH: Do business owners know who their best customers are and how to implement the principles of great service? Client retention is important and in this session we will unpack how to develop the tactics and strategies needed to increase client retention and repeat business.

  • Leading High Performance Teams: As a leader you will must refine your skills and learn how to analyse your teams’ performance by understanding the complexities of different personalities or diversity.
